New Mold & Salt Bars

Just got my new 9 bar slab mold from Brambleberry and couldn't wait to use it!  Watched an amazing video on salt bars by Jenny over at I'd Lather Be Soaping, you can see it here.  She made it so simple and it is the best instructions that I have seen .....Thanks Jenny!

I used Nature's Garden Juniper Breeze fragrance oil which smells amazing.  Will unmold in the morning......wish me luck!!

Be Creative!

Some of my best selling soaps are the ones I have taken the time to decorate.  I love to make my bars first, cut them the next day then decorate.  I pipe them add soap leaves then either soap or silk flowers.

You can decorate slices, bars, cupcakes almost any shape can be made just alittle more interesting!

I love these round molds I bought on ebay, they already look like petals so just a little bit of green leaves and piped flowers transforms them into something special for someone special!

Makes a wonderful Valentine gift!

This bar is fragranced with Love Spell then piped a day after molding.

Hope you have enjoyed my soaps and have a Very Blessed Day!

More Cupcakes!

Guess I'm on a cupcake kick LOL!  Joined weight watchers 5 weeks ago (lost about 7 lbs so far YEH!)
and have stopped baking real cupcakes, only the one's with no calories!
I fragranced these with "Be Delicious Blossom" one of my favorites.

Have a Blessed Day!

"Pink Lemonade"

This smells just like fresh squeezed lemons....yum!  Freshly Zested Lemon FO comes  from Wholesale Plus and they describe it as luscious accords of juicy lemon, a zing of grapefruit and a hint of white musk!  One of the things I spent the most money on when I first started soaping was my fragrance oils.   I have a shelf full of fragrances that I don't like.....so I hope posting fragrances that I do like will maybe help out someone else who is just starting out.

I watched Celine from www.iamhandmade.com do this swirl ....you can see it here.  It was very easy and I think it turned out wonderful !  Think I'll use this with my beach baby scent, looks a little like waves don't ya think!

Have a Blessed Day!
